CNA Full Time days 7am to 3pm

We are seeking a compassionate and dependable nursing professional to join our care team on a full-time daytime schedule. In this role, you will provide hands-on support to residents or patients while helping maintain a safe, respectful, and comfortable environment. The ideal candidate brings strong communication skills, a service-oriented mindset, and a commitment to delivering high-quality care.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents or patients with daily living activities, including bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and mobility support.
• Take and record vital signs and promptly report changes in condition to the nursing team.
• Support residents or patients with meals, hydration, and nutrition according to care plans and dietary needs.
• Provide comfort, companionship, and emotional support while maintaining dignity and privacy.
• Help maintain a clean, organized, and safe care environment.
• Follow care plans, facility policies, infection control procedures, and safety guidelines.
• Assist with transfers, repositioning, ambulation, and the use of mobility aids as needed.
• Document care provided accurately and communicate important updates to the appropriate team members.

Qualifications

• Current certification as a nursing assistant or equivalent credential, where required.
• Ability to provide compassionate, person-centered care with professionalism and respect.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Ability to follow directions, care plans, and established procedures.
• Physical ability to perform tasks that may include standing, walking, lifting, and assisting with resident or patient care.
• Prior experience in a healthcare, long-term care, assisted living, or similar setting is preferred.
