Surprise Health and Rehabilitation Center is a 100 private room Skilled Nursing Facility who is always looking for exceptional professionals to join our team! Schedules: every other weekend is required, 12 hour shifts 6-6

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour

• Trach/Vent: 1 year (Preferred)
