CNA Instructor

Join our dynamic educational team as a CNA Instructor, working mainly remote with few on-site working hours.

This exciting position combines minimal hands-on classroom teaching with innovative online instruction, empowering adult learners from diverse cultural backgrounds to excel in their careers. You will leverage educational technology, and ensure compliance with healthcare training standards. Your expertise will inspire students to achieve their full potential while maintaining a supportive and inclusive learning environment.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver engaging classroom lessons and facilitate online instruction using various educational technologies and remote training tools
• Manage classroom dynamics effectively through remote classroom management techniques, fostering an environment conducive to active learning and student engagement. Provide at least 8-16hrs in-person classroom hours each cohort.
• Incorporate educational technology integration into lesson plans to enhance learning experiences and improve student outcomes
• Assess student progress regularly through evaluations, assignments, and practical demonstrations, providing constructive feedback to support their growth
• Ensure all instructional activities comply with healthcare education regulations and accreditation standards
• Work collaboratively with students from diverse cultural backgrounds, providing personalized support to meet individual learning needs

Experience

• Proven experience in classroom teaching, particularly within adult education settings or university environments
• Familiarity with educational technology tools, including computers and online platforms for remote training and instruction
• Knowledge of healthcare compliance regulations and educational standards relevant to nursing assistant and vocational nursing programs
• Experience working with students from diverse cultural backgrounds, demonstrating sensitivity and adaptability in instructional approaches
• Demonstrated ability to manage classrooms effectively while fostering an inclusive learning atmosphere
• Prior experience in lesson planning, instructional design, and utilizing educational technologies to enhance teaching effectiveness

Pay: $32.00 - $36.00 per hour

Education:

• Bachelor's (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• RN/LPN License (Preferred)
