CNA Instructor – Registered Nurse (RN)

Always Health Institute is seeking a qualified and dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team as a CNA Instructor.

We are looking for an experienced nurse who is passionate about teaching and helping the next generation of healthcare professionals begin their careers.

Requirements

• Current, active RN license
• Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience in a licensed health-care facility
• Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience in a long-term care experience
• Strong clinical knowledge and communication skills
• Professional, dependable, and organized
• Passion for teaching and mentoring students
• Previous teaching or training experience is a plus, but not required

Responsibilities

• Teach and prepare students for their Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification
• Provide classroom and hands-on clinical instruction
• Demonstrate proper nursing and patient-care techniques
• Evaluate student performance and provide constructive feedback
• Maintain a positive, professional, and supportive learning environment
• Ensure students are properly prepared for their CNA certification exam and future careers in healthcare
