CNA- NOC Shift/Part Time

Certified Nurse Assistant Upland, CA Part Time : NOC Shift 11pm-7am $18-$22 DOE Heritage Park Skilled Nursing & Rehabilitation Center, a Generations Healthcare facility is in search of a Certified Nurse Assistant. Preferred behavioral health and SNF experience.

Job Description:

The primary role of the Certified Nursing Assistant is to provide quality patient care to your assigned residents with routine daily nursing care and services in accordance with the resident’s assessment and care plan, and as may be directed by your Supervisor.

Essential Duties (include but are not limited to):

• Provide excellent patient care to residents
• Assist residents with daily routines such as personal hygiene, bath functions, taking vitals, meals, bed change, etc.
• Follow safety procedures and ensure safety of residents
• Lifting or transporting into and out of beds, wheelchairs, showers, chairs, etc.
• Report and update records on resident’s conditions
• Follow instructions from the Charge Nurse/ Supervisor

Qualifications:

• Current CA Licensed Certified Nursing assistant
• Behavioral Health Experience preferred
• Excellent customer service and the desire to be part of a dynamic team.
• Worked in prior SNF setting
