Cherith Care Center is a small 30-bed unit providing exceptional skilled nursing care to long term residents and short-term rehab residents. This unit is known for its quality care, vibrant activity program, and its compassionate caregivers. Passages Memory Care Center provides long standing compassionate care to residents diagnosed with Dementia. Excellent opportunity to grow your nursing skills in a small, welcoming unit. Current openings include working a set schedule and every other weekend unless specifically noted and hours noted are working in a two week pay period.

• CNA/STNA – Full-time, Cherith Skilled, 11p-7a (80 hours per pay)
• CNA/STNA – Part-time, Cherith Skilled, 11p-7a (64 hours per pay) oor 7a-3p (56 hours per pay)
• CNA/STNA – Part-time, Passages Memory Care, 3p-11p (40 hours per pay) or 11p-7a (64 hours per pay)
