CNA - Overnights, PRN

Role Overview:

As a CNA - Overnights, PRN at BrightStar Care of Plano/N. Dallas, you will be responsible for providing compassionate, one-on-one care for clients during the overnight hours. In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with clinical teams to ensure quality care and build meaningful relationships with clients. Whether you work on-site in Dallas, you’ll have the flexibility to make a difference in the lives of your patients every night.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
• Provide compassionate companionship and emotional support throughout the night.
• Monitor and report changes in the client's condition.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment for the client.
• Work closely with nursing staff to coordinate care and address any immediate needs.

Qualifications:

You're a great fit if you have the following skills.

• Current CNA certification in Texas.
• Strong communication skills in English.
• Dependable and compassionate nature.
• Previous experience in home care or a similar environment.
• Ability to work independently and adapt to changing client needs.

Bonus If You:

• Have experience providing overnight care.
• Possess certifications in CPR and first aid.
• Are fluent in any language other than English.

Employment Type & Availability:

This is a Part-Time position with availability needed for overnight shifts, including weekends.

Location:

This position is on-site only, located in Dallas, Texas.
