Job Overview

We are currently seeking a dependable, compassionate, and professional Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Personal Care Assistant (PCA) to provide in-home care and support to a client.

The ideal candidate is reliable, patient, respectful, and genuinely enjoys helping others maintain their comfort, dignity, and independence.

Responsibilities

Duties may include, but are not limited to:

• Providing personal care and assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs)
• Assisting with bathing, grooming, dressing, and personal hygiene
• Assisting with toileting and incontinence care as needed
• Assisting with transfers, positioning, and mobility
• Providing companionship and emotional support
• Preparing simple meals and assisting with feeding as needed
• Light housekeeping related to the client's care
• Laundry and changing bed linens as needed
• Assisting with maintaining a clean and safe environment
• Providing medication reminders as permitted by the care plan and applicable regulations
• Monitoring and reporting changes in the client's condition, behavior, or needs
• Following the client's individualized care plan and agency policies
• Accurately completing required documentation and Electronic Visit Verification (EVV)
• Communicating professionally with the client, family, and office staff
• Maintaining the client's privacy, dignity, and confidentiality at all times

Pay: $17.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15.0 per week
