CNA Program Director

Are you a Registered Nurse with a passion for training the next generation of CNAs? We’re seeking a CNA Program Director to lead our state-approved CNA training program in accordance with Alliant Health and Georgia Nurse Aide Program guidelines.

Requirements:

• Must be a Registered Nurse (RN) with a current, active Georgia license.
• Must have at least 2 years of nursing experience, with 1 year in a long-term care facility.
• Must hold or be willing to obtain the CNA Train-the-Trainer certification as required by Georgia Nurse Aide Program standards.
• Experience in education or training strongly preferred.
• Must be familiar with Alliant Health CNA program regulations.

Duties:

• Oversee the planning, development, and execution of the CNA curriculum in compliance with Georgia Nurse Aide Program and Alliant Health guidelines.
• Supervise instructors and ensure program remains in good standing with the state.
• Ensure students receive the highest quality training and meet all program objectives.
• Maintain accurate student and program records for compliance.
• Facilitate clinical placements and ensure clinical objectives are met.

Job Types: Part-time, Contract

Pay: $30.00 - $35.00 per hour

Work Location: In person
