CNA - Skilled Nursing 6am-2pm (NAC)

Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) - Dayshift 6am to 2 pm 4 on 2 off schedule

Location: Sharon Care Center, 1509 Harrison Ave, Centralia, WA 98531

Job Type: Full-time 4 on 2 off schedule

Pay: $22.00 - $26.00 per hour

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care under the supervision of a registered nurse (RN) or licensed practical nurse (LPN).
• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
• Monitor and record vital signs, including temperature, blood pressure, pulse, and respiration rates.
• Assist with mobility and transfers, ensuring residents' safety and comfort.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment for residents.
• Report any changes in residents' conditions to the nursing staff.
• Assist with meal preparation and feeding as needed.
• Provide emotional support and companionship to residents.
• Follow all infection control protocols and safety procedures.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Current CNA certification in the state of Washington.
• Previous experience in a long-term care or rehabilitation setting preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care.
