CNA/CMT

Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced CNA/CMT to perform patient care in our facility. The CNA/CMT will play a vital role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality nursing care. This position requires a strong work ethic , clinical experience, and a compassionate approach to patient care, particularly for seniors and individuals with disabilities.

Responsibilities

• Under the direct supervision of the charge nurse and director of nursing to ensure optimal patient care.
• Follow individualized care plans for the individualized care of the patients.
• Provide direct patient care, including administering medications (CMTs) as prescribed.
• Monitor patients’ conditions and reporting any changes to the charge nurse.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and facility policies.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to enhance patient outcomes.
• Requirements
• Valid nursing license (CNA or CMT) in the state of practice.
• Proven experience in patient care, particularly in senior care or geriatrics.
• Strong skills in patient assessment and clinical judgment.
• Experience working with children or individuals with disabilities is preferred.
• Familiarity with inpatient settings and clinic operations is advantageous.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure while maintaining a compassionate demeanor.
• Commitment to ongoing professional development and staying current with nursing best practices.

Pay: $17.50 - $18.92 per hour
