Responsibilities:

• Provide personal care assistance including bathing, grooming, dressing, and hygiene support
• Assist clients with mobility, transfers, and ambulation to ensure safety and comfort
• Administer medications as permitted by certification level (CMT)
• Monitor and document client health status, reporting changes to supervisory staff
• Support clients with meal preparation, feeding assistance, and nutritional monitoring
• Perform light housekeeping and maintain a clean, safe living environment for clients
• Provide companionship and emotional support to clients and their families

Requirements:

• Valid CNA, GNA, HHA, or CMT certification in the state of Maryland
• Prior experience in home health, assisted living, or long-term care preferred
• Strong knowledge of personal care, infection control, and safety procedures
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently with minimal supervision
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with clients and families
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
• Valid ID and reliable transportation preferred
