  • Respond promptly to resident call lights and requests for assistance.

  • Encourage resident independence and participation in activities and wellness programs.
  • Communicate observations and changes in resident condition to the nursing team.

  • Administer PRN medications according to established protocols.
  • Obtain and record vital signs as needed.
  • Follow all requirements related to controlled medications.

More Than Care. It's Hospitality.

At WhiteStone, exceptional senior living is about more than completing a checklist. It's about knowing our residents, respecting their individuality, encouraging independence, and creating moments that make them feel valued.

Whether you're helping someone start their day, safely administering medication, answering a call light, or simply taking a moment to listen, you have the opportunity to make a difference.

What We're Looking For

  • Successful completion of a state-approved Geriatric Nursing Assistant training program.
  • Current registration with the state CNA registry.
  • Successful completion of a state-approved Medication Aide course and applicable continuing education.
