NOW HIRING: CNA/PCA FLOATER POSITION!

Are you a dependable, compassionate caregiver looking for a position with flexible hours? We’re looking for the right candidate to join our team as a CNA/PCA Floater!

Pay: $16 per hour

Hours: Minimum of 20 hours per week, with the opportunity to work up to 40 hours per week.

Paid travel time between clients!

Duties

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support using patient transfer methods such as Hoyer lifts and manual handling techniques
• Prepare nutritious meals, assist with meal planning, and ensure proper food handling and sanitation standards are maintained
• Maintain a clean environment by performing light housekeeping duties such as cleaning resident areas and ensuring infection control protocols are followed

Qualifications

Position Requirements:

✅ Must be a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Personal Care Assistant (PCA).

✅ Must have a TB skin test.

✅ Must successfully pass a drug screen and background check.

✅ Must have experience using Hoyer lifts and sit-to-stand lifts.

✅ Must be comfortable working in homes with clients who smoke and/or have pets.

✅ Must be flexible and willing to work with multiple clients throughout the day as needed.

What to Expect:

This is a floater position, meaning your schedule may vary based on client needs. You may work with multiple clients throughout the day, traveling between client homes. Travel time between clients is paid, so we’re looking for someone who is flexible, dependable, and comfortable traveling as part of their workday.We are looking for someone who is reliable, adaptable, compassionate, and passionate about helping others.
