CNA/PRN Restorative

We are seeking a compassionate CNA/PRN Restorative to provide high-quality nursing care across various settings, including long-term care, assisted living, memory care, and post-acute environments.

• Deliver personalized restorative interventions to maintain or improve patient function.

• Assist with ADLs, mobility, and catheter care.

• Monitor and document vital signs and patient responses using EMR/EHR systems.

• Administer medications following HIPAA and aseptic techniques.

• Operate equipment safely for patient transfers.

• Collaborate on individualized care plans for patients with complex needs.

• Maintain accurate records and ensure regulatory compliance.

• Provide emotional support and education to patients and families.

• Follow infection control protocols in various care environments.

• Support diverse patient populations in inpatient, outpatient, home, or community settings.

Qualifications include a valid CNA license, experience in healthcare settings, proficiency with EMR systems, knowledge of clinical procedures, and ability to work independently.
