CNA/Program Aide

Active Life Health Care Management is seeking a compassionate, dependable, and energetic Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)/Program Aide to join our Adult Day Health Care team.

The ideal candidate enjoys working with adults and seniors, has excellent communication skills, and is committed to providing quality care in a friendly, supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist participants with activities of daily living (ADLs), including toileting, grooming, mobility, and personal hygiene.
• Monitor participants' well-being and report any changes in condition to nursing staff.
• Assist with meals, hydration, and daily activities.
• Support participants during recreational and social activities.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment.
• Document care provided and follow established care plans.
• Work collaboratively with nurses, activity staff, and other team members.
• Promote participants' dignity, independence, and overall well-being.

Qualifications

• Current Massachusetts CNA certification preferred.
• Previous experience working with seniors or adults with disabilities preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Compassionate, patient, and dependable.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
• Experience in Adult Day Health Care or long-term care is preferred but not required.

Pay: $17.00 - $22.00 per hour
