Full-Time Evening Shift
2:00 PM – 10:00 PM

Compensation

$18.00–$24.50 per hour, based on verified CNA experience

• Less than 1 Year: $18.00/hour
• 1 Year: $19.50/hour
• 2 Years: $20.50/hour
• 3 Years: $21.50/hour
• 4 Years: $22.50/hour
• 5 Years: $23.50/hour
• 6+ Years: $24.50/hour
• +$2.00/hour Weekend Differential
• Annual performance evaluation with the potential for a pay increase based on performance

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, eating, toileting, and mobility
• Provide compassionate, respectful, resident-centered care
• Observe residents and report changes or concerns to nursing staff
• Assist with maintaining a safe, clean, and comfortable environment
• Work closely with nurses and fellow CNAs to meet resident needs
• Follow facility policies, care plans, and safety procedures

Qualifications

• Current Illinois Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification
• Dependable and compassionate
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Commitment to providing quality resident care
