CNC & VMC Operator

We are looking for a skilled and responsible CNC & VMC Operator to join our manufacturing team. The candidate will be responsible for operating CNC/VMC machines, setting up jobs, monitoring production, and ensuring the quality and accuracy of finished components.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate CNC and VMC machines as per production requirements.
• Set up machines, tools, fixtures and workpieces.
• Read and understand engineering drawings and work instructions.
• Check dimensions and quality of components using measuring instruments.
• Monitor machine operations and make necessary adjustments.
• Perform tool changes and basic machine troubleshooting.
• Maintain production quality and achieve daily production targets.
• Follow workplace safety and housekeeping standards.

Requirements:

• Experience operating CNC/VMC machines.
• Basic knowledge of CNC/VMC machine operations and tooling.
• Ability to read engineering drawings.
• Knowledge of measuring instruments such as Vernier caliper and micrometer.
• Good attention to detail and quality.
• Willingness to work in shifts, if required.

Experience:

1–3 years preferred (experienced candidates will be given preference).

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
