CNC Bending operator

Kreality Fabrication Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced CNC Bending Operator with hands-on experience in operating CNC Press Brake Machines, particularly Energy Mission machines with Cybelec controllers.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate CNC Press Brake Machine (100 Ton capacity).
• Must have practical knowledge of Energy Mission CNC bending machines.
• Must be proficient in Cybelec controller operation and programming.
• Ability to understand, interpret, and execute both 2D and 3D engineering drawings.
• Should be able to visualize 3D designs and execute accurate bending operations as per drawings.
• Understand flat patterns, bending sequences, bend allowance, and bend deduction.
• Perform CNC bending operations as per job specifications.
• Ensure bending accuracy, quality, and dimensional tolerances.
• Select appropriate tools, punches, and dies for different bending operations.
• Maintain machine safety and basic machine maintenance.
• Coordinate with the production team to achieve daily production targets.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in CNC bending operations.
• Experience operating 100 Ton CNC Press Brake Machine.
• Knowledge of Energy Mission machines is mandatory.
• Must know Cybelec controller operation.
• Strong understanding of 2D and 3D engineering drawings.
• Knowledge of sheet metal bending processes and measurements.
• ITI / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering preferred.
