CNC Brake Press SETUP/Operator with TRUMPF Experience

Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled CNC Press Brake Operator with TRUMPF Setup Experience to join our manufacturing team.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating press brake machines to bend and shape metal components according to specifications.

This role requires a strong understanding of machining processes, blueprint reading, and quality inspection to ensure that all products meet the required standards.

Required:

* Must have min. 3 years experience with setup and operation with TRUMPF CNC Brake Press for this position. Only candidates with TRUMPF setup will be considered.

Duties:

• Set up and operate TRUMPF press brake machines to bend, form, and shape metal sheets according to blueprints and specifications
• Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and work orders to determine machine setup and production requirements
• Use measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges to ensure accuracy of bends and dimensions
• Adjust machine settings, including speed, pressure, and back gauge position, to achieve desired results
• Inspect finished parts for quality and make necessary adjustments to machine settings as needed
• Perform routine maintenance on machines to ensure optimal performance
• Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area

Skills

• Minimum 3 Years with setup of Trumpf brake press.
• Proficient in operating press brake machines and other CNC equipment.
• Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot machinery issues.
• Ability to read blueprints and technical documents accurately.
• Basic math skills for calculations related to machining tasks.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $28.00-$30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 per week
