该职位来源于猎聘 岗位职责Job Responsibilities ： 1、 负责编制指导机加工和相关组装生产的工艺过程文件、作业指导书等各类工艺文件和技术文件，制定材料消耗定额，测定产品生产的标准工时，负责工艺文件（如BOM、工艺流程图）的维护与更新，确保文件准确规范； Responsible for preparing various process and technical documents, such as process procedure manuals and work instructions, to guide machining and related assembly operations; establishing material consumption standards; determining standard labor hours for product manufacturing; and maintaining and updating process documents (such as BOMs and process flowcharts) to ensure their accuracy and compliance with standards. 2、 支持生产完成产品换型调试，保证生产按照计划准时进行。负责解决所管产品在生产中出现的技术问题和质量问题； Support product changeover and debugging to ensure production proceeds on schedule as planned. Responsible for resolving technical and quality issues that arise during the production of assigned products. 3、 负责机加工车间对工艺设备的验证和改进工作。例如加工中心，清洗机，测漏机，点胶及组装设备等。 Responsible for validating and improving process equipment in the machining shop. Examples include machining centers, cleaning machines, leak testers, dispensing equipment, and assembly equipment. 4、 依照APQP程序要求，准时完成相关文件的编制审核及下发 Complete the preparation, review, and distribution of relevant documents on time in accordance with the APQP procedure requirements. 5、 配合生产对现场员工进行新设备新工艺的相关培训 Train on-site employees on new equipment and processes in conjunction with production. 6、 主导机加工现场的持续改善完成年度CIP项目 Lead continuous improvement efforts on the machining floor and complete annual CIP projects. 7、对新项目产品工艺、刀夹具设计进行评审，校对。 Review and proofread new project product processes and tool and fixture designs. 任职资格Qualifications： 1. 专科及以上机械类专业； Associate's degree or higher in a mechanical engineering-related field 2. 在机械加工领域拥有5年以上的相关从业经验，有铸铝件加工经验优先。 At least 5 years of relevant work experience in the machining field; experience in machining cast aluminum parts is preferred. 3. 具备刀具选择技能，熟悉数控编程知识，能独立完成程序编制，熟练操作FANUC、三菱系统。 Possess tool selection skills, be familiar with CNC programming, be able to independently complete programming tasks, and be proficient in operating FANUC and Mitsubishi systems 4. 熟悉常见机加工工艺流程，了解ISO 9001/IATF 16949质量管理体系； Familiar with common machining processes and knowledgeable about the ISO 9001/IATF 16949 quality management system 5. 能熟练应用2D、3D等机械制图软件，例如CAD、Sollidworks、UG等。 Proficient in using 2D and 3D mechanical drafting software, such as CAD, SolidWorks, and UG. 6．熟悉使用各种办公软件 Be familiar with the use of various office software 意乐（天津）铝制品有限公司，为意大利外资企业，作为意乐集团的独资工厂之一，投资2.5亿元人民币，厂区面积近50000平方米，专业生产高压铸铝散热器及高压铸铝双金属散热器，是静海开发区重点招商引资项目，主要产品为汽车零部件、灯体、散热器等铝制铸件。 市内有通勤班车，公司提供免费午餐，真诚欢迎您的加入！
