Requirements – CNC Drilling Machine Operator

• ITI / Diploma in Mechanical or relevant technical qualification.
• 2–5 years of experience as a CNC Drilling Machine Operator, preferably in steel fabrication or heavy engineering.
• Good knowledge of CNC drilling machine operation, setting, and programming.
• Basic to good knowledge of AutoCAD for reading and understanding drawings.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, dimensions, hole patterns, and fabrication details.
• Knowledge of drilling, tapping, reaming, and other machining operations.
• Knowledge of cutting tools, drill sizes, speeds, feeds, and machine parameters.
• Ability to make necessary CNC program modifications and corrections.
• Knowledge of Vernier caliper, micrometer, measuring tape, and other inspection instruments.
• Ability to achieve high accuracy, productivity, and minimum scrap.
• Willingness to work in shifts and overtime as required.
• Strong focus on quality, safety, discipline, and machine maintenance.
