Job Responsibilities

岗位职责

Organize and lead root cause analysis (RCA) for equipment breakdowns.
组织并主导设备故障的根本原因分析（RCA）。

Train and develop maintenance technicians’ technical skills.
对设备维修人员进行技能培训与能力提升。

Manage the development, installation, commissioning, and debugging of machining-related equipment.
负责机加工相关设备的开发、导入、安装、调试等工作。

Prepare and execute preventive maintenance plans for CNC production units; maintain records and conduct failure analysis with corrective actions.
制定并执行CNC生产单元设备的预防性保养计划，做好记录，进行故障分析并落实改善措施。

Support the Equipment Manager in TOP 3 breakdown analysis and resolution.
配合设备主管进行TOP3故障分析与改善。

Lead equipment upgrades, modifications, and technical improvements to enhance productivity and efficiency.
负责现有设备的升级、改造及技术优化，持续提升生产效率。

Assist in monthly analysis and control of equipment maintenance costs.
协助进行每月设备维修费用的分析与改善。

Establish and implement equipment maintenance standards and schedules.
制定并执行设备维护保养标准与计划。

Manage spare parts inventory; plan procurement to ensure equipment availability and minimize downtime.
负责备品备件库存管理，制定合理采购计划，确保设备正常运行，减少停机损失。

Define and execute repair plans for major equipment failures.
制定并执行重大设备故障维修方案。

Perform automation equipment mold/tool change and debugging.
负责自动化设备换模 / 换治具及调试工作。

Complete other tasks assigned by supervisors.
完成上级交办的其他工作。

Job Requirements

任职要求

Education: Secondary school, Diploma, or above.
学历要求：高中、大专或以上学历。

Experience:
工作经验：

Minimum 3 years of experience in mechanical, hydraulic, or automated equipment maintenance and repair.
3年以上机械、液压或自动化设备维修与保养经验。

Skills:
技能要求：

Strong mechanical maintenance background.
具备扎实的机械维修经验。

Good knowledge of electrical and mechanical principles.
熟悉电气及机械原理。

Possession of a valid electrical competency certificate is required.
须持有有效电工证。

综合素质：责任心强，具备良好的职业操守，积极主动，持续改善意识强。

Preferred:
优先条件：

Hands-on experience with at least two of the following brands: STAMA, Chiron, Mazak, Makino, Mori Seiki, FANUC, Brother, UT.
具备STAMA、Chiron、MAZAK、MAKINO、MORI SEIKI、FANUC、Brother、UT等品牌中至少两种设备经验者优先。
