CNC Engineer

• Operate and manage CNC machines for daily production activities.
• Set CNC machines as per drawing, process requirements, and production plan.
• Prepare, modify, and optimize CNC programs.
• Perform tool setting, tool offset, and parameter setting.
• Monitor production quality, cycle time, and machine performance.
• Read and understand engineering drawings and GD&T.
• Troubleshoot CNC machine and process-related problems.
• Ensure production targets are achieved as per the daily plan.
• Reduce rejection, rework, and machine downtime.
• Maintain proper production and machine-related records.
• Coordinate with Quality, Maintenance, Tool Room, and Production teams.
• Follow 5S, safety, quality, and standard operating procedures.
• Support continuous improvement activities for productivity and process improvement.
• Knowledge of CNC setting and programming.
• Knowledge of cutting tools, tool offsets, and machining parameters.
• Ability to read engineering drawings.
• Basic knowledge of measuring instruments such as Vernier, Micrometer, and Gauges.
• Problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Basic knowledge of production planning and process control.
• Qualification - Diploma / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering
• 4M Change Management ,Kaizen ,CAPA,FMEA,8D Problem Solving, 7 QC Tools,SPC & MSA,Process Control & Rejection Reduction,5S and Continuous Improvement

Pay: ₹23,000.00 - ₹28,500.00 per month
