CNC Engineer (Machining)

About the role

This role involves creating, modifying and optimizing CNC programs according to product and machining requirements, setting up and operating CNC machines for production, and determining appropriate machining conditions, cutting tools and machining parameters.

Key responsibilities

• Create, modify and optimize CNC programs according to product and machining requirements
• Set up, operate and adjust CNC machines for production
• Determine appropriate machining conditions, cutting tools and machining parameters
• Design and improve jigs and fixtures for machining processes
• Analyze and troubleshoot problems occurring during CNC machining
• Improve machining processes to increase productivity, quality and efficiency
• Support production and coordinate with related departments to solve technical issues
• Perform other engineering duties as assigned

About you

• Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering or other related fields
• Minimum 3 years of experience in CNC machining, CNC programming or related fields
• Good knowledge of machining processes, cutting tools and CNC parameters
• Able to create and modify CNC programs
• Experience in CNC machine setup and operation
• Knowledge of Jig & Fixture design
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills
• Able to work effectively with Production and related departments
