Local Region | Latest Technology | Excellent Culture Ellison Technologies- Kansas City/ St Louis market As a Field Services Engineer, you’ll support clients across a locally defined territory with a primary focus on the Kansas City/St Louis market. You’ll work hands-on with cutting-edge technology while partnering with a diverse client base—all within an organization that truly backs its service technicians.

Responsibilities Although not all inclusive, below are some more details:

• Perform field service, installations or PMs as required.
• Resolve customer issues and provide sales support.
• Communicate effectively with a variety of different people.
• Represent Ellison Technologies professionally and ethically at all times, with all actions in line with business expectations.
• Take ownership of all service cases, projects, etc., and maintain all customer records and technical documentation.
• Other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Ideally someone with experience installing, maintaining and/or repairing, of CNC machining centers and CNC turning centers. With this experience we're looking for developed repair skills, focused on the mechanical, hydraulic and electrical aspects of your craft.
