Job Descriptions:
Production Planning & Control: Manage and oversee the manufacturing process of high-precision components and cases to ensure compliance with quality standards and timelines.
Programming & Machine Setup: Verify, optimize, and control CAD/CAM programming (G-Code/M-Code) for CNC machinery, focusing on 4-Axis / 5-Axis and micro-machining equipment.
Material & Cost Management: Optimize the machining process for precious metals and specialized materials to maximize efficiency and minimize material scrap.
Quality Assurance: Monitor and enforce strict quality control standards at the micron level using high-precision measuring instruments such as Micro-Vu, Profile Projectors, or CMM.
Team Leadership & Development: (For Supervisor/Manager level) Supervise, train, allocate tasks, and troubleshoot technical issues for the machining team.
