Overview

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented CNC Laser Operator to join our dynamic manufacturing team. In this role, you will operate advanced CNC laser cutting machines to produce high-precision metal components, ensuring quality standards are met or exceeded. Your expertise will contribute to efficient production workflows and uphold our commitment to excellence in manufacturing.

Duties

• Set up and operate CNC laser cutting machines, ensuring proper calibration and alignment for each job
• Interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and production documents to accurately program machine operations
• Conduct routine machine maintenance, troubleshooting, and adjustments to maintain optimal performance
• Follow safety protocols diligently, adhering to all safety standards in production environments

Requirements

• Prior experience operating CNC laser cutting machines or similar industrial equipment in a manufacturing setting
• Ability to read mechanical blueprints and interpret technical drawings accurately
• Familiarity with safety standards in production environments and industrial equipment troubleshooting skills
• Basic math skills including shop math for measurements and calculations related to machining tolerances
• Strong attention to detail with excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to work
• Ability to lift 50lbs+ and stand for extended periods of time

Pay: $17.00 - $22.00 per hour
