CNC Lathe Machine Operator and Programmer

We are seeking a highly skilled CNC Lathe Programmer and Operator to join our team at Riclet Technological Manufacturing Inc. This full-time role is based in Dasmarinas City Cavite and will involve programming and operating state-of-the-art CNC lathes to produce high-precision components for our clients in the manufacturing industry.

What you'll be doing

• Programming CNC lathes to produce complex components as per engineering drawings and specifications
• Setting up and operating CNC lathes with precision, ensuring optimal machine performance and product quality
• Monitoring production processes, troubleshooting issues, and making adjustments to maintain efficiency and quality standards
• Performing routine maintenance and cleaning of CNC machines to keep them in excellent working condition
• Collaborating with the engineering team to identify opportunities for process improvements and automation
• Maintaining accurate production records and documentation

What we're looking for

• With 1-3 years of experience as a CNC Lathe Programmer/Operator or similar experience in related field.
• Knowledgeable in FANUC machine
• Can program and operate software including Master Cam V9
• With basic knowledge in Autocad, Solidworks, and other drawing software
• Proficient in the use of precision measuring tools and quality control procedures
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of workmanship
• Good communication and teamwork skills to collaborate effectively with the engineering and production teams
