CNC Lathe Operator

• Operate conventional lathe machines for turning, facing, boring, threading, and drilling operations.
• Read and understand engineering drawings, dimensions, and tolerances.
• Perform machining operations as per production plans and job specifications.
• Select and set suitable cutting tools, tool holders, and work-holding devices.
• Measure components using vernier calipers, micrometers, and other measuring instruments.
• Ensure dimensional accuracy and maintain the required surface finish.
• Conduct in-process quality checks and report any deviations to the supervisor.
• Maintain machine cleanliness and follow 5S practices.
• Follow safety procedures and use the prescribed PPE.
• Perform basic machine maintenance and report breakdowns to the maintenance team.
• Achieve daily production targets while maintaining quality standards.
• Maintain production records and minimize material wastage.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
