CNC Lathe Programmer

A manufacturing facility in the City of Industry, CA, is currently looking for a skilled CNC Lathe Machinist to join their team.

Compensation is based on your professional background. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 6:30 am to 3:00 pm, with overtime opportunities available.

We are searching for a proficient professional to manage the programming, configuration, operation, and maintenance of CNC lathes to ensure the production of high-quality, precision components.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute the programming, setup, and operation of CNC Lathe equipment.
• Analyze and translate technical drawings, blueprints, and GD&T requirements.
• Utilize precision measuring instruments like calipers and micrometers to verify part accuracy.
• Resolve technical challenges related to programming, tooling, or machine performance.
• Maintain consistent production standards by adjusting machine settings to ensure high-quality output.

Required Qualifications

• At least 4 years of hands-on experience in a CNC machining environment.
• Comprehensive understanding of machine offsets, tooling, M-codes, and G-codes.
• Proficiency in interpreting complex technical blueprints and schematics.
• Familiarity with HAAS ST-20Y CNC Lathes equipped with Bar Feeders is highly desirable.
• Prior experience utilizing bar feeders and live tooling is considered an asset.
