• As a CNC Lathe Programmer/Setter/Operator, you will be responsible for:
• Programming complex components directly at the machine
• Reading and interpreting technical engineering drawings
• Setting up tools and work holding with correct offsets
• Uploading and editing programs where needed
• Running jobs from start to finish, ensuring top-quality standards
• Working on one-off and small batch, high-precision parts

Ideal Candidate Will:

• Have solid experience programming, setting, and operating cnc lathes
• Be confident working to tight tolerances in a high-precision environment
• Be capable of working independently or as part of a small team
• Be quality-focused with excellent attention to detail
• Be flexible to support overtime as required
