CNC Machine Operator & Programmer

Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled CNC Machine Operator & Programmer with hands-on experience in the marble/stone industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating, programming, and maintaining CNC machines used for cutting, shaping, and finishing marble products.Key Responsibilities:

Operate CNC machines for marble cutting, engraving, and shaping

Develop and modify CNC programs based on design specifications

Interpret technical drawings, CAD files, and project requirements

Ensure precision and quality control of finished products

Perform routine machine maintenance and troubleshooting

Optimize machine performance to improve productivity and reduce waste

Adhere to safety standards and company procedures

Requirements:

Proven experience as a CNC Operator & Programmer in the marble or stone industry

Strong knowledge of CNC programming (e.g., G-code, CAD/CAM software)

Ability to read and interpret technical drawings

Familiarity with marble cutting tools and machinery

Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Must be currently based in the UAE

Preferred Qualifications:

Diploma or certification in Mechanical Engineering or related field

Experience with advanced CNC machinery and software

Knowledge of different types of marble and stone materials
