CNC Machine Operator

About the Role

We are looking for a responsible and motivated CNC Machine Operator to join our team in Muar, Johor. You will be responsible for operating CNC machines and ensuring work is carried out according to drawings, work instructions and quality requirements. Training will be provided for suitable candidates.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate CNC machines according to work instructions.
• Read and understand engineering drawings.
• Select and use the correct tools for machining operations.
• Measure and verify dimensions according to drawings.
• Follow machine operating procedures and safety requirements.
• Perform basic inspection to ensure product quality.
• Assist in identifying and resolving problems in the work area.
• Follow instructions given by the supervisor.
• Maintain a clean and organized working area.
• Perform other duties assigned by the supervisor.

Job Requirements

• Minimum SPM qualification.
• Fresh graduates and candidates without CNC experience are encouraged to apply.
• Training will be provided for suitable candidates.
• Basic ability to read and understand drawings is an advantage.
• Responsible, willing to learn and able to work as part of a team.
• Good attention to detail.
• Willing to work overtime and weekends when required.
• Willing to work in Muar, Johor.
