CNC Operator - Woodworking Machines

• Operate HOMAG, Biesse, and similar CNC machines for routing, drilling, boring, milling, grooving, and profiling of furniture and joinery components.
• Interpret technical drawings, cutting lists, and CNC programs to ensure accurate machining and production.
• Set up machines, select and change tooling, and adjust machine parameters for optimal performance and quality.
• Perform quality inspections using measuring tools to verify dimensions, drilling positions, and machining accuracy.
• Handle materials including MDF, plywood, particle board, melamine, veneered panels, and solid wood while ensuring damage-free processing.
• Achieve production targets, minimize material wastage, maintain machine cleanliness, and follow all safety procedures.
