Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated CNC Machine Operator to join our dynamic manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining CNC machines to produce high-precision components. Your expertise will ensure that production runs smoothly, efficiently, and safely while adhering to quality standards. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work with state-of-the-art equipment in a fast-paced, safety-focused environment.

Duties Include:

• Use CNC machine to bend sheet metal ;
• Use CNC machine to insert hardware in sheet metal;
• Join metal sheets together with spot welding machine;
• Set up, clean and maintain tooling;
• Check parts produced for dimensional accuracy;
• Produce the maximum number of parts in minimum time by working efficiently;
• Material handling using forklift or pallet jack, and by hand;
• Count and stack finished parts;
• Deburr parts;
• Monitor quality during production;
• Maintain equipment & troubleshoot malfunctions;
• Other tasks as required;
• Follow company procedures and safety rules.

Requirements:

To be considered, Applicants for this position must:

• Be comfortable using a computer to operate equipment;
• Have excellent attendance and dependability;
• Be able to communicate effectively with supervisors and coworkers as needed;
• Be able to lift up to 75 lbs;
• Be able to follow written and verbal instructions.

These skills are preferred but not required:

• Have experience setting up and operating CNC manufacturing equipment;
• Be able to read basic blueprints;
• Be able to use calipers and other precision measuring tools

Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 40.0 per week
