CNC Machine Operator

Key Responsibilities

• Operate CNC machines as per approved work instructions and production requirements.
• Read and understand engineering drawings and dimensions.
• AutoCAD knowledge is mandatory for understanding drawings, dimensions and basic drawing-related requirements.
• Set and verify basic machine parameters as instructed.
• Follow approved CNC programs and process parameters.
• Support machine setup, tool changes and job changeovers as instructed.
• Record production quantity, rejection and other required production data.
• Maintain cleanliness and 5S at the machine/workstation.
• Follow all company safety rules and PPE requirements.
• Report machine abnormalities, tool wear, breakdowns or unsafe conditions to the Supervisor/Maintenance team.
• Coordinate with Production Supervisor and Quality Department during production and inspection.
• Follow company SOPs, work instructions and quality requirements.

Pay: ₹8,086.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
