Job Title: CNC Machine Operator / Programmer

Location: Chakan , Talawade Pune Maharashtra
Department: Production / Manufacturing
Reports To: Production Manager / Plant Head

Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled CNC Machine Operator / Programmer responsible for operating, setting up, and programming CNC machines to produce precision components as per technical drawings and specifications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up and operate CNC machines
• Develop and modify CNC programs using G-code and CAM software
• Interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and technical documents
• Select appropriate tools, fixtures, and materials for machining
• Monitor machine performance and make necessary adjustments
• Ensure quality standards are maintained through regular inspections
• Perform routine machine maintenance and troubleshooting
• Maintain production records and report daily output
• Follow safety guidelines and maintain a clean work environment

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Diploma / ITI in Mechanical Engineering or related field
• 2–5 years of experience in CNC machining and programming
• Strong knowledge of G-code and CNC programming
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
• Familiarity with measuring instruments (Vernier, Micrometer, etc.)
• Basic knowledge of CAD/CAM software (e.g., Mastercam, AutoCAD)
• Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in CMC/ HMC / Lathe machines
• Knowledge of tool selection and cutting parameters
• Experience in production environment

Working Conditions:

• Shop floor environment
• Rotational shifts (if applicable)

Salary & Benefits:

• Salary: As per industry standards
• Other benefits: PF, ESIC, Bonus, etc.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
