CNC Machine Operator

We are looking for an experienced CNC Plate Processing Operative to join our team.

The ideal candidate will be confident working independently and taking responsibility for their own work area.

The role will include:

· Operating CNC plate processing machinery

· Reading and working from fabrication drawings

· Organising and managing your own workload

· Producing steel components to the required standard

· Marking and maintaining material traceability

· Checking finished parts and carrying out grinding/dressing where required

· Completing production paperwork

· Using measuring and inspection equipment

· Operating a forklift

· Looking after machinery and tooling

· Keeping the work area clean and safe

· Helping with other production work when required

We are looking for an experienced, practical person who doesn't need constant supervision and can take ownership of the job.

Pay: £15.00-£17.00 per hour

Expected hours: 45.0 per week

Work Location: In person
