We're looking for a reliable and motivated CNC Machine Operator to join our production team.

This is a great opportunity for someone with manufacturing, production, machining or engineering experience who wants to learn new skills and develop a long-term career. Full training will be provided, with opportunities to progress into CNC Setter roles for the right candidates.

What You'll Be Doing

• Operating CNC machinery to produce quality components
• Inspecting products to ensure they meet customer and company standards
• Working to production targets and delivery deadlines
• Assisting with stock checks and inventory control
• Supporting continuous improvement and keeping the workplace organised and safe
• Working as part of a positive, supportive team

What We're Looking For

• Previous experience in manufacturing, production or machining
• Mechanical or engineering experience would be beneficial
• Ability to read engineering drawings is advantageous, but not essential
• Good attention to detail
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Good communication and teamwork skills
