CNC Machine Operator

Salary: TBC – dependent on experience
Hours: Monday–Thursday 07:30–17:00, Friday 07:30–16:00

We are an established structural steel fabrication company looking for a reliable CNC Machine Operator to join our production team.

The role will involve operating Peddinghaus and FICEP CNC machinery used in the processing of structural steel.

Key Responsibilities

• Set up, load and operate CNC machinery safely and efficiently.
• Check finished work against drawings, dimensions and tolerances.
• Carry out basic machine checks and report faults or tooling issues.
• Maintain a clean and safe working area.

Skills & Experience

• Previous CNC experience is preferred but not essential.
• On-the-job training will be provided.
• Peddinghaus or FICEP experience would be advantageous.
• Experience within steel fabrication, engineering or manufacturing would be beneficial.
• Good attention to detail and a practical, reliable approach.

Pay: From £12.71 per hour
