CNC Machine Operator

Main Responsibilities:

• Operate CNC machines according to production drawings and instructions.
• Load and unload raw materials and finished components.
• Set machine parameters, tools, and work offsets as required.
• Monitor the machining process and make basic adjustments.
• Check finished parts using measuring instruments such as vernier calipers, micrometers, and gauges.
• Maintain required quality and dimensional accuracy.
• Identify machine or production problems and report them to supervisors.
• Perform routine cleaning, lubrication, and basic machine maintenance.
• Follow workplace safety procedures and production schedules.
• Maintain production records and ensure proper housekeeping.

Required Skills:

• Basic knowledge of CNC machine operation.
• Ability to read engineering drawings.
• Knowledge of basic measurements and tolerances.
• Familiarity with measuring instruments.
• Good attention to detail and safety awareness.
• Ability to work in shifts and meet production targets.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
