CNC Machine Operator

We are looking for a skilled and responsible CNC Machine Operator to operate CNC machinery, produce precision components, and ensure all products meet required specifications and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate CNC machines safely and efficiently.
• Set up machines, tools, fixtures, and workpieces according to job requirements.
• Load and unload materials and finished components.
• Read and understand technical drawings, measurements, and job specifications.
• Select and install appropriate cutting tools.
• Monitor machine operations and make basic adjustments when required.
• Check dimensions and quality of finished products using measuring instruments.
• Perform basic machine maintenance, cleaning, and troubleshooting.
• Identify and report machine problems or production issues to the supervisor.
• Maintain production records and follow the assigned production schedule.
• Ensure the work area and machines are clean and organized.
• Follow all company safety procedures and quality standards.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a CNC Machine Operator.
• Experience operating CNC milling, turning, routing, or similar machines.
• Ability to read technical drawings and work instructions.
• Basic knowledge of CNC programs and machine settings.
• Familiarity with measuring tools such as vernier calipers and micrometers.
• Good attention to detail and quality.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to work overtime when required.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with CNC programming and G-code.
• Knowledge of CAD/CAM software.
• Experience with different materials such as aluminum, steel, wood, acrylic, or plastics.
• Ability to perform basic troubleshooting and tool changes.
• Experience with automatic or multi-axis CNC machines.
