CNC Machine Operator

• Operate CNC Turning / VMC machines as per production requirements.
• Load and unload components safely.
• Follow work instructions, drawings and process sheets.
• Perform basic dimensional inspection using Vernier Caliper, Micrometer, etc.
• Monitor machine operation, tool condition and component quality.
• Maintain 5S, safety and housekeeping standards.
• Report machine abnormalities, tool wear and quality issues to the Supervisor.
• Follow production and quality targets.

Qualification:

• ITI – Fitter / Machinist / Turner / CNC-related trade
• Diploma – Mechanical / Production preferred
• 0–1 year experience in CNC/VMC manufacturing preferred.
• Freshers with relevant ITI/Diploma can also apply.

Skills:

• Basic knowledge of CNC/VMC operation
• Basic drawing reading
• Measuring instruments knowledge
• Willingness to work in shifts
• Good safety awareness
