Job Description
We are hiring experienced CNC Machine Operators for our client's aerospace machining unit. The role involves setting up and operating HMC / VMC / CNC machines, reading customer drawings, creating and running programs for part prove-out, and maintaining production quality and safety standards.

Role & Responsibilities

• Read and understand customer drawings, standard notes and Standard Operating Procedures
• Carry out production, inspection and machine operation duties
• Set up machinery and ensure all materials are readily available
• Create and run programs to support part prove-out
• Maintain and follow all documents required to keep production flowing without interruption
• Work independently at the machine and monitor production equipment effectively
• Assist shop technicians and the materials clerk as needed
• Perform other duties as assigned by management
• Maintain a safe and clean workspace and follow established safety rules and regulations

Desired Candidate Profile

• 3 - 15 years of experience in CNC machine operation
• Diploma / BE in Mechanical Engineering or a related field
• Aerospace machining experience preferred
• Proficiency in operating HMC / VMC / CNC machines
• Knowledge of machining processes, tooling and materials
• Ability to read engineering drawings
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Familiarity with safety procedures
