Job Description

We are hiring CNC Machine Operators for manufacturing operations.

Job Responsibilities

• Operate CNC machines as per production requirements and work instructions.
• Load and unload components properly into the CNC machine.
• Perform basic machine setting and tool adjustments as required.
• Check component dimensions using measuring instruments such as Vernier caliper, micrometer and gauges.
• Identify dimensional and visual defects during production.
• Follow the given drawing, specifications and quality standards.
• Maintain proper production and inspection records.
• Achieve daily production targets while maintaining product quality.
• Maintain proper housekeeping and workplace discipline.
• Follow all safety procedures while operating CNC machinery.
• Report machine abnormalities, tool wear and quality issues to the Supervisor.
• Ensure proper handling of components to avoid damage.
• Follow company procedures and instructions for safe and efficient production.

Candidate Requirements

• Qualification: ITI / Diploma
• Preferred trades: Fitter / Mechanical / Production / Automobile / related technical trades
• CNC operating experience is preferred.
• Freshers with relevant ITI/Diploma qualification can also apply.
• Basic knowledge of measuring instruments and engineering components.
• Willingness to work in shifts.
• Good attention to detail and discipline.
