CNC Machine Operator – Full-Time or Part-Time

K Precision LLC is currently accepting applications for a CNC Machine Operator. We are a small, family-owned machine shop looking for dependable people who want to work, learn, and develop their skills.

No prior CNC experience is required. We will train the right person. Previous machining, manufacturing, automotive, mechanical, or other hands-on experience may qualify for a higher starting wage.

Both full-time and part-time positions are available, with schedules ranging from approximately 8 to 40 hours per week and 1 to 5 days per week. No weekend work is required.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload parts in CNC mills and lathes
• Start and stop machine cycles and monitor machines while running
• Deburr and clean finished parts
• Perform basic in-process inspections using calipers, micrometers, and other measuring tools
• Follow job instructions and maintain part quality
• Learn basic CNC offsets and machine adjustments as skills develop
• Keep machines and work areas clean and organized
• Cross-train on different machines and shop operations
• Assist with other shop tasks as needed

Experience

No CNC or manufacturing experience is required.

Previous experience with CNC machining, manufacturing, automotive work, mechanics, fabrication, welding, machine operation, or other hands-on work is a plus.

We offer considerable scheduling flexibility depending on the position and production needs.
