CNC Machine Operator

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a CNC Operator
• Experience in the printing, signage, advertising, or fabrication industry is preferred
• Ability to operate and monitor CNC routing/cutting machines
• Knowledge of CNC machine setup, tool selection, and basic troubleshooting
• Able to read drawings, measurements, and production specifications accurately
• Experience working with materials such as acrylic, MDF, wood, PVC/foam board, aluminum composite panels and similar materials
• Good understanding of machine safety and preventive maintenance
• Ability to work independently and meet production deadlines
• Candidates with relevant experience in Qatar/GCC will be preferred

Key Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC machines according to production requirements
• Ensure accurate cutting, routing, drilling, and engraving
• Check finished products for dimensions and quality
• Minimize material wastage through proper machine setup
• Maintain CNC equipment and report technical issues
• Follow production schedules and workplace safety procedures
