WHO CAN APPLY

Experience: 1 year or more on CNC machines

Qualification: ITI / NCTVT (Fitter) from a recognized institute

Skills: CNC programming, with Siemens / Fanuc controllers

Plus points: CAD/CAM knowledge, and experience in heavy engineering

Location: Candidates from Mumbai, Navi Mumbai, Thane and Raigad (Maharashtra) only

WHAT YOU WILL DO

Create, load, check, and modify CNC programs

Set up tools and load materials on CNC mills and lathes

Read engineering drawings and interpret dimensions and tolerances

Set tool offsets and zero/reference points, and prove part programs

Operate drilling, grooving, turning, facing, knurling, and thread operations

Measure parts with verniers, micrometers, gauges, and other instruments to meet quality standards

Troubleshoot machine problems and carry out routine preventive maintenance

Follow safety and quality standards (ISO 9001 & 45001)

Record work and hand over clearly between shifts
