Experience: 1 – 5 Years (Freshers with strong ITI training may apply)

Job Summary

We are hiring 20 CNC Machine Operators to operate CNC turning and machining centers. You will be responsible for loading materials, running programs, checking part dimensions, and maintaining smooth daily production.

Key Responsibilities

• Machine Operation: Load/unload raw materials, run CNC programs, and execute turning, facing, drilling, and milling operations.
• Quality Check: Inspect finished parts using vernier calipers, micrometers, and plug/thread gauges against technical drawings.
• Tool & Work Holding: Change worn-out cutting inserts and set workholding fixtures/chucks as required.
• Basic Adjustments: Apply basic offset corrections (wear offsets) to maintain specified tolerances.
• Daily Maintenance: Keep machines clean, check coolant/lubrication levels, and follow shop-floor safety norms.

Key Requirements

• Knowledge of CNC machine controls (Fanuc, Siemens, or similar).
• Proficiency with precision measuring instruments.
• Ability to read basic engineering drawings.
• Willingness to work in shifts.
